Instructor in Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of West Florida, where she also serves as director of Conservation and UWF Gardens and president of UFF-UWF. Her work connects natural-resource stewardship, public education, and institutional advocacy. Chasidy brings deep experience in environmental education, conservation, and campus-community leadership — all closely aligned with Bluffline's mission to expand access to trails, green space, active transportation, and resilient public landscapes.

Assistant Vice President of Procurement at PenAir Credit Union with senior logistics leadership roles previously held in the U.S. Marine Corps. He brings deep expertise in enterprise procurement, policy development, and multimillion-dollar budget oversight. Michael strengthens Bluffline's governance through financial discipline, compliance insight, and systems-building experience.

Owner of Dunn Media with more than 30 years of experience in outdoor recreation, adventure education, and global sports photography. A longtime cyclist and advocate for active living, he has served in leadership roles with numerous local arts and community organizations. Stephen brings storytelling expertise, nonprofit governance experience, and a deep belief in the power of trails to strengthen human connection.

Behavior coach at Global Learning Academy, an important anchor along the Bluffline corridor, with previous service at the Area Housing Commission and Warrington Middle School. Jesse brings a strong neighborhood-based perspective and experience in education, housing, and community support to the Bluffline Board. His background gives him direct insight into the needs of families, students, and residents in communities connected to the project, including areas near Jackson Lakes, Attucks Court, West Cervantes Street, and the broader urban core.

Licensed Professional Engineer and Project Management Professional specializing in civil engineering and water resources. She designs stormwater and utility systems and navigates complex regulatory environments across Northwest Florida. With strong nonprofit leadership experience and a passion for community impact, Alex strengthens Bluffline's capacity in infrastructure planning and project delivery.
