Stephen brings storytelling expertise, nonprofit governance experience, and a deep belief in the power of trails to strengthen human connection.

Behavior coach at Global Learning Academy, an important anchor along the Bluffline corridor, with previous service at the Area Housing Commission and Warrington Middle School. Jesse brings a strong neighborhood-based perspective and experience in education, housing, and community support to the Bluffline Board. His background gives him direct insight into the needs of families, students, and residents in communities connected to the project, including areas near Jackson Lakes, Attucks Court, West Cervantes Street, and the broader urban core.
